260 Single-Family homes are being built near the Hill Country Galleria. The new developer, Taylor Morrison, began construction on Phase 1 mid-November. It is estimated that the neighborhood will take 5-7 years to complete. The first lots are expected to be available early spring 2012. The homes will start in the high $200,000s.
